Episode 10: Interview with Deborah Bell, Part I

Deborah Bell has spent her entire life working with photographs. She has been a professional photographer and printer, worked for Irving Penn, retouched August Sander prints, spent 13 years as a private dealer, opened her own gallery in Chelsea, headed the Photo department at Christie’s New York, and then re-established Deborah Bell Photographs on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Oh, and she also was an adjunct professor of the History of Photography for several years at the School of Visual Arts.
